Ballerina Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 frozen bananas
  • 8 or 10 unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 6-oz container of your favorite yogurt
  • white grape juice or apple juice to cover other ingredients in blender

Instructions

  1. Put yogurt in blender.
  2. Add frozen bananas and frozen strawberries.
  3. Pour in enough juice to cover bananas and strawberries (or almost cover them).
  4. Blend until it’s the consistency you like!
  5. Pour into cups and enjoy!

Notes

You might want to start with less juice than you think you’ll need in order to keep your smoothie from turning out too thin–especially if you want to be able to eat it with a spoon. You can always add more juice if it’s not as thick as you’d like.
