Ingredients

- 2 steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Bring steaks to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil on high. Once hot, add steaks to the skillet. Top each steak with 1/2 tbsp of butter.
- Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until steak is cooked though (140-170 degrees).
