- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1/4 Cup Blackberries
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1 Cup Apple Juice (or light colored juice)
- 6 Steamed Baby Carrots
Instructions
- Break the frozen banana into half. Then break one of the halves into half again.
- For the Purple Layer
- Blend blackberries, frozen blueberries, half of the frozen banana, and 1/4 cup of the apple juice.
- Pour into cups, filling the bottom, and smoothing the smoothie down with a spoon.
- Keep in refrigerator or freezer while you make the next layers.
- Rinse out blender.
- For the Green Layer
- Blend frozen pineapple, 1/4 of the frozen banana, spinach, and half cup of the apple juice.
- Slowly pour into the cups with the purple layer on the bottom, or you can use a spoon to add the green layer.
- Keep in refrigerator or freezer while you make the final layer.
- Rinse out blender
- For the Golden Layer
- Blend, frozen mango, 1/4 of the frozen banana, the baby carrots, and the remaining 1/4 of the apple juice.
- Slowly pour into the cups with the other two layers.
- Add bright-colored straw and enjoy!
