Layered Rapunzel Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/4 Cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Cup Apple Juice (or light colored juice)
  • 6 Steamed Baby Carrots

Instructions

  1. Break the frozen banana into half. Then break one of the halves into half again.
  2. For the Purple Layer
  3. Blend blackberries, frozen blueberries, half of the frozen banana, and 1/4 cup of the apple juice.
  4. Pour into cups, filling the bottom, and smoothing the smoothie down with a spoon.
  5. Keep in refrigerator or freezer while you make the next layers.
  6. Rinse out blender.
  7. For the Green Layer
  8. Blend frozen pineapple, 1/4 of the frozen banana, spinach, and half cup of the apple juice.
  9. Slowly pour into the cups with the purple layer on the bottom, or you can use a spoon to add the green layer.
  10. Keep in refrigerator or freezer while you make the final layer.
  11. Rinse out blender
  12. For the Golden Layer
  13. Blend, frozen mango, 1/4 of the frozen banana, the baby carrots, and the remaining 1/4 of the apple juice.
  14. Slowly pour into the cups with the other two layers.
  15. Add bright-colored straw and enjoy!
