Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup white chocolate drops (white chocolate chips or melts will work)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp mint extract
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 1 Candy Cane

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients you’ll need for the peppermint mocha.
  2. Brew a cup of strong coffee.
  3. Melt all of the chocolate with a spoonful of milk in a water bath.
  4. Add the remaining milk and mint extract
  5. Whip the cream. Pour half of your coffee, and half of the mint milk into each cup.
  6. Garnish the drink with whipped cream and a candy cane in the side (optional). You can also crush the candy cane and sprinkle it on top.
