- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together the peanut butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Using a small cookie scoop, measure 1-inch balls of cookie dough and place on the baking sheet. Using a fork, press across the dough and again in a perpendicular pattern.
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Cookies will be slightly puffed.
- Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
