Ingredients

  • Red Fruit by the Foot
  • Store-bought shortbread cookies
  • Store-bought white icing
  • Red and green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Using red Fruit by the Foot, cut lengthwise.
  2. Then cut into sections and make bows. (Don’t try to tie the fruit leather into bows. Just cut into strips and place them so that they look like bows.)
  3. Use store-bought shortbread cookies and place them on a cooling rack so the extra poured icing has somewhere to go.
  4. Heat store-bought icing in the microwave (stirring after every 15 to 30 seconds) until it becomes liquid.
  5. Pour liquid icing over cookies.
  6. Before icing has time to cool, put sprinkles on the cookies.
  7. Then place a bow on each cookie, and they’re ready to eat! Or you can let them completely cool if you need to stack or package them.
