Air Fryer Beef and Bean Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup taco meat
  • ½ (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8.2 ounce) package fajita size flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, blend the taco meat, refried beans, salsa, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of the meat off-center in each tortilla.  Roll up the tortilla as tightly as possible without tearing the tortilla and place on the baking sheet with the seam side down.
  4. Place the taquitos in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, or until lightly browned.
  5. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
