Air Fryer Beef and Bean Taquitos
It’s that time of the year again–when the schedule is growing fuller and you’re looking for tasty and filling meals that you can fix without spending too much time in the kitchen. If you have an air fryer, these beef and bean taquitos are a terrific option. They’re easy to make, they only require a few simple ingredients, and they turn out amazing in the air fryer!

Ingredients for Beef and Bean Taquitos
This recipe makes eight servings of beef and bean taquitos, but you can easily double it.
- 1 ½ cup cooked taco meat
- ½ (16 ounce) can refried beans
- ¼ cup salsa
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (8.2 ounce) package fajita size flour tortillas

How to Make Them
Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Step 2: In a bowl, blend the taco meat, refried beans, salsa, and cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Place about 2 tablespoons of the meat off-center in each tortilla.Â

Roll up the tortilla as tightly as possible without tearing the tortilla and place on the baking sheet with the seam side down.

Step 4: Place the taquitos in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, or until lightly browned.

Step 5: Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
