- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8-10 taco shells
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder salt and pepper, to taste
