How to Make Crockpot Salsa Chicken Tacos

In your crockpot, place about 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken. You can use breasts or thighs, whatever you have handy. Sprinkle in a half teaspoon each of salt and pepper and a teaspoon each of cumin and chili powder.

Add in a cup of your favorite salsa–mild, medium, or spicy–any kind you like.  Cook this on low for 7-8  hours or high for 4 hours.  After it has cooked, simply pull the chicken apart with 2 forks.

Serve it on tortillas or in taco shells – topped with your favorite taco toppings.

I mean really! Can you get any simpler than that? Enjoy your crockpot salsa chicken tacos!
