National S’mores Day just so happens to fall on August 10.

Are you a s’mores fan?

I can’t believe how popular s’mores are! We were just at the grocery store and I noticed how every product has a “s’more” flavor. Pancakes, cereal, granola bars, ice cream, snack mix, Oreo cookies, and more!

So, to celebrate National S’mores Day, we’re sharing 5 great variations of s’more recipes.

In case you haven’t jumped on the s’mores bandwagon, a s’more (sometimes spelled smore) is a traditional nighttime campfire treat consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker.
