- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Put the cheese in the form of a circle on parchment.
- Put in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese and slightly harden, bend the parchment in half a little and let the cheese harden to make it look like boats.
- Fry the minced meat for about 10-15 minutes.
- Add seasoning and a little water, simmer until tender.
- Put the minced meat in cheese boats, add salsa on top.
