You will be hard-pressed to find an easier recipe than these keto tacos! They’re healthy, yet easy for a midweek dinner when you’re short on time.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Put the cheese in the form of a circle on parchment.
  3. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese and slightly harden, bend the parchment in half a little and let the cheese harden to make it look like boats.
  4. Fry the minced meat for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add seasoning and a little water, simmer until tender.
  6. Put the minced meat in cheese boats, add salsa on top.
