- 12 oz. pasta
- 6 Tb butter
- 2 c half & half
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 c shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 c cooked chicken, diced or shredded
Instructions
- To begin, cook the pasta according to package directions.
- When the pasta is finished cooking, pour it into a colander to drain. In the same pot you cooked the pasta in, melt the butter over medium heat. When it is melted, pour in the half & half.
- Add in the black pepper and ground nutmeg. Bring this all to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in the shredded Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
- Add in the chicken. Return the pasta to the pot with the sauce and stir to combine.
