Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 56 fresh garlic (minced)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the shrimp and season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
  2. In a wide skillet, add butter and olive oil, then add the garlic and stir it around the pan until the butter melts.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until it starts to turn pink, about 1 minute. Now add cumin and chili flakes.
  4. Cook the shrimp for another 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until they are opaque and firm. Take the skillet off the heat. Serve hot with chopped cilantro and lemon juice
