Make Your Own Granola

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. nut or seed of choice
  • 1 c. dried fruit of choice
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (or see my Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend or Apple Pie Spice Blend)
  • 4 tbsp. canola oil (or grapeseed oil)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil. Toss with 4 tbsp. oil. Bake at 350 degrees. Stir every 5 minutes until toasted and golden throughout. (Don’t over-cook or your fruit will scorch.) Let cool and store in an air-tight container.
