Description

These Parmesan Garlic Wings are so good! The homemade sauce is super easy to make with only five ingredients and the chicken is simple… just bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken

  • 2.5 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoons pepper

Sauce

  •  cup butter
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Allow wings to thaw if frozen and then pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a shallow bowl mix flour with salt and pepper. Roll each chicken wing in flour until coated then place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake wings for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
  • To prepare sauce melt butter and whisk with grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove from oven and coat chicken wings in homemade sauce. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings you can place a baking rack on your baking sheet with foil. Then place chicken wings on top when ready to bake.
  • Flip the chicken wings about half way through baking to make sure both sides of your wings stay crispy.
