Parmesan Garlic Wings
These Parmesan Garlic Wings are the perfect recipe for the upcoming big game. Perfectly crispy wings tossed in a simple-to-make parmesan garlic butter sauce.
Parmesan Garlic Wings
I have to admit I’m a big buffalo wing fan. I love the spice! I actually shared an easy recipe for Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks a while ago. If you love buffalo chicken, you will want to check that recipe out. My husband, though, prefers something with less spice but still a lot of flavor. This is the perfect recipe if you are looking for something new for your wings.
The sauce is really simple to make. Start with some butter in a sauce pan. Once it is melted, add minced garlic and parmesan cheese. Allow it to cook until your your ingredients are well combined. Shredded or grated parmesan will work for this recipe. You can choose based on which texture you like better.
Once your sauce is ready, set it aside while you get your wings ready. The trick to getting perfectly crispy wings is baking them on a rack. This way any fat and water goes to the bottom, and you don’t end up with slimy wings. Once they are baked, toss them in the garlic parmesan sauce, and they’re ready to serve!
I serve mine with fresh celery slices and ranch or blue cheese for dipping!
