Ingredients
- Flour, 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
- Pepper, 1/2 tsp
- Round steak, 2 lbs
- Olive oil, 2 tbsp
- Onions, diced, 1 1/2 cup
- Stewed tomatoes, 1 can (28 oz)
- Beef broth, 1 can (10 oz)
- Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Mix together flour, garlic powder, and pepper. Place steak in flour mix and coat. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown steak on both sides. Place in the slow cooker with remaining ingredients.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
