Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • Flour, 1/2 cup
  • Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper, 1/2 tsp
  • Round steak, 2 lbs
  • Olive oil, 2 tbsp
  • Onions, diced, 1 1/2 cup
  • Stewed tomatoes, 1 can (28 oz)
  • Beef broth, 1 can (10 oz)
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, garlic powder, and pepper. Place steak in flour mix and coat. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown steak on both sides. Place in the slow cooker with remaining ingredients.
  2. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
