- 3 oz. gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 5–6 strawberries
- 1 tbsp. almonds
- 2 mint sprigs to serve
Instructions
1. Prepare the Jell-O according to the instructions on the box. Let it set, but not fully.
2. Blend the Jell-O to give it more of a mousse-like texture. Pour it into two glass cups. Chill it in the fridge for about one hour.
3. Wash and cut the strawberries into halves. Place the slices in a bowl. Spoon the yogurt into the center of the bowl.
4. Continue to spoon the yogurt all the way to the top. Decorate with nuts, mint, and more strawberries.
