Yummy M&M Cookies

There’s nothing more delicious than homemade cookies! These yummy M&M cookies are perfect to make for a birthday party, holiday party, or even just for a treat for your family to enjoy any time. For those who eat gluten free (like me!), these cookies happen to be gluten free too, even though they’re so good people won’t believe it! (Yes, they’re that good.)

And if you have children or grandchildren who would love to eat some cookies and do a fun math project too, be sure to take a look at this: Counting Candies on Cookies Math Cards. (And it’s free to download for two weeks, so don’t wait to go check it out!)

First, you’ll need to preheat your oven to 350. Cream butter and sugars together, and add in egg, peanut butter, and vanilla.

In separate bowl combine oats, oat flour, baking soda, and salt.

Then combine your wet and dry ingredients.

Gently mix in M&Ms. (I won’t judge if you accidentally eat a few M&Ms during this process.)

Put a large spoonful of cookie dough on cookie sheet and flatten slightly. (These cookies will not spread during baking.)

Bake for 8-11 minutes. Cookies should still be soft in the middle and just slightly browned on the bottom.
