Instructions for Japanese Fruit Sandwich

1. Cut off the tips of the strawberries. Use a sharp knife to cut out the crown on top. Shape them into small strawberries to serve. Brush the tails with the green candy melts. You can also use melted white chocolate with green food coloring.

2. Peel the kiwis. Slice the berries into slices.

3. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

4. Cover a cutting board with cling wrap. Place 1 slice of bread. Cover it with a layer of cream. Mentally determine the diagonal along which you will cut the sandwich. Place the strawberries so that the cut will look like a tulip.

6. Continue to alternate berries and cream. Place the remaining sliced berries on the loose corners. Cover everything generously with cream. Finish the assembly with a slice of bread on top.

7. Wrap the sandwich in cling wrap. Mark the direction of the cut with a marker. Place the sandwich in the freezer for 1.5 hours.
