Air Fryer Apple Bites
If you have an air fryer, you’re probably on the lookout for some good recipes. And while there are plenty of dinner recipes you can make with an air fryer, it’s not so easy to find dessert recipes. That’s where these air fryer apple bites come in!

They are just the thing to satisfy that sweet tooth, and they’re also quick and simple to prepare! I mean, you can’t get much easier than canned apple filling and Pillsbury Biscuit dough (I won’t tell if you won’t!).

Substitutions: *1 tablespoon of apple pie spice
How to Make the Air Fryer Apple Bites:
1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, 1½ teaspoons of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground cloves, and ginger. Set that aside.
2. Open the can of the biscuits and pull all 8 biscuits out. On a parchment-lined cutting board, pull each biscuit in half, creating 16 biscuits.
3. Take each biscuit, one at a time, and roll it out with a rolling pin or flatten it with your hands.
4. Place chopped apple pie filling in a medium-sized bowl and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Stir well to combine.
5. Place a spoonful of the apple cinnamon filling into the center of each circle of dough, leaving about ÂĽ inch around the edges.
6. Grab the edges and pinch them together to make small round balls.
7. Repeat step 6 for all 16 air fryer apple bites.
8. In an air fryer add a piece of parchment paper with holes, or lightly brush the basket.
9. Place half of the apple bites seam side up into the air fryer, making sure they do not touch.
10. Cook them in the air fryer on the “Bake” setting or at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes, then carefully flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes.
11. Repeat steps 7-9 until all the apple bites are golden brown.
12. Once they are all cooked, coat each of the air fryer apple bites in the melted butter, then toss it into the combined sugar and spice mixture.
13. Repeat until all of the apple bites are coated.
