Ingredients for Smoothie Bowl Recipe:

  • 3/4 cup seedless cherries
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 25 macadamia nuts
  • 1/3 cup water

How to Make Your Healthy Smoothie Bowl

1. Peel the macadamia nuts from their shells. This is conveniently done with a short flathead screwdriver. Insert it into the slot and twist. The nut will easily break in half. Leave some of the nuts for serving.

2. Put the peeled nuts in a blender glass, pour in the water, and blend everything into a smooth pulp.

3. Peel the banana and set aside a few slices for decoration. Randomly break it up. Place it in the glass.
